Tax Codes

Many of the finance related features of MRI Evolution can take into account Tax or VAT codes.

The list of Tax Codes is maintained here.

Settings > Finance > Tax Codes

The link will open the Tax Codes grid. It is a grid view which can be searched, sorted and customised as normal.

To add a new Tax Code click New , to edit an existing Tax Code click Edit . A pop up window will appear which will allow the creation or amendment of a Tax Code.

Field Name	Description
Tax Code	The code of the Tax Code.
Description	The description of the Tax Code.
Rate	The percentage rate of the Tax Code.

Complete the fields and click Save and Close .
