CTI Settings

A page to enter values to facilitate the integration between MRI Evolution and call management software for helpdesks and call centres.

Note: These fields are specifically for the AMEYO call management software integration. More fields will be added to facilitate integrations with other call management software in the future.

System Administration > System Preferences > Integration > CTI Settings

Complete the fields and click Save . Once the Role Header has been completed and saved a sub navigation will appear to allow additional entities to be assigned.
