Contracts - Resource Costs

Set resource costs for contracts to manage supplier pricing and control budgets. This feature lets you customize rates and track costs for different resources and agreements.

Business Value: Improves budget accuracy, supports supplier management, and helps maintain competitive pricing.

Facilities > Contracts

The link will open the Contract/ Resource Costs grid. It is a grid view that can be customised and sorted as normal.

To edit a Resource's default rate highlight the Resource and click Edit . A pop up window will appear which will allow the amendment of a Resource's default costs.
