Utilisation Report

The Utilisation Report helps facilities managers and administrators understand how rooms and spaces are being used. By analysing booking data, it highlights occupancy rates, usage patterns, and identifies underused areas. This supports better space planning, cost control, and resource allocation.

Modules > Facilities Booking > Utilisation Report

The link will open a pop up window which will allow the parameters of the report to be entered.

Enter the required dates, times, Sites, Buildings, Locations and Room Types. Click Run Report .

MRI Evolution will run and produce the Utilisation report on the selected parameters.
