Client Agents

Client Agents shows which users are currently connected to Evolution, particularly those using the tray monitor for real-time notifications and alerts.

Use this grid to monitor active user sessions, identify connectivity issues, and see who is receiving system notifications.

Settings > Accounts > Client Agents

The link will open the Client Agents Grid. It is a grid view which can be searched, sorted and customised as normal.
