Master Rates Cost Matrix

Master Rates Cost Matrix automates cost calculation when Instruction Sets assign schedules of rates to tasks.

Define pricing relationships between suppliers, services, cost centres, contracts, and organizational hierarchies to establish standardized costs. Configure supplier-specific pricing, regional variations, and contract-tier discounts. The matrix automatically applies correct rates to tasks, eliminating manual cost estimation and supporting accurate budgeting and financial reporting.

The Purchase Key licence dependency for this specific element of the system has been removed and is now included as standard in the core MRI Evolution product the feature has been turned on for all systems by default.

Note: Other restrictions, such as User licence type restrictions and / or any restrictions to underlying functionality that is dependent upon Purchase Key licences will remain in place.

The link will open the Master Rates Cost Matrix window.

Left click and hold your entity. Drag it onto the right hand side over the value Master Rates Cost Matrix.

When the value Master Rates Cost Matrix is underlined release the mouse button.

Your entity will appear in the matrix

Removing Entries from the Master Rates Cost Matrix

If values have been entered by mistake or in the wrong place then they will need to be removed. This can be done by highlighting the node and clicking Delete.

Below the Matrix tree is the Master Rates Costs pane. Selecting a value in the Master Rates Cost Matrix will display an entry box for that node and those immediately below it.

Enter values for:

  • Labour Cost

  • Stock Cost

  • Plant Cost

  • Labour Sale Cost - Available from 7.0.0.0

  • Stock Sale Cost - Available from 7.0.0.0

  • Plant Sale Cost - Available from 7.0.0.0
