Questions

Questions are used to build customer satisfaction form templates that capture feedback on tasks or purchase orders.

Define question text, response types, and rating scales. Organize questions into Templates that can be attached to tasks or purchase orders to collect and analyse customer satisfaction data within MRI Evolution.

The Purchase Key licence dependency for this specific element of the system has been removed and is now included as standard in the core MRI Evolution product the feature has been turned on for all systems by default.

Note: Other restrictions, such as User licence type restrictions and / or any restrictions to underlying functionality that is dependent upon Purchase Key licences will remain in place.

Settings > Customer Satisfaction Forms > CSF Question Library

The link will open the Questions grid. It is a grid view which can be searched, sorted and customised as normal.

To add a new Question click New , to edit an existing Question click Edit . A pop up window will appear which will allow the creation or amendment of a Question.

Field Name	Description
Question	The question text that will be displayed to customers when completing satisfaction surveys. Write clear, concise questions that customers can easily understand and answer (e.g., "How satisfied were you with the speed of service?" or "Was the issue resolved to your satisfaction?"). This question will appear in survey forms attached to tasks or purchase orders, so ensure the wording is appropriate for your customer audience and aligns with your satisfaction metrics.
Description	Enter a longer description of the question to aid the customer giving feedback e.g. if you are looking for a rating answer is one good or unsatisfactory?
Question Type	There are three Question Types that can be asked: Yes / No - ask a question that requires a Yes or No response. Rating - ask a question that requires a rated response, clicking this option will create an extra field asking for the upper limit of the rating. Radio Button Responses - ask a question that requires an answer to be picked from a list, this list can be created by clicking "Add Value"

Complete the fields and click Save and Close .
