Booking Event Types
Booking Event Types categorize changes or updates throughout a Facilities Booking life-cycle, such as booking confirmed, catering changed, or room reassigned. Users record events against Facilities Bookings to track history and communicate changes to stakeholders.
Settings > Facilities Booking > Booking Event Types
The link will open the Booking Event Types grid. It is a grid view which can be searched, sorted and customised as normal.
To add a new Booking Event Type click New 
, to edit an existing Booking Event Type click Edit 
. A pop up window will appear which will allow the creation or amendment of a Booking Event Type.
Click to view - Booking Event Type Fields and Descriptions
Complete the fields and click Save and Close
