Meeting Monitor Preferences

Meeting Monitor Preferences configure integration with QED meeting systems, enabling attendees to check in and out of meetings. Requires additional QED system configuration to enable functionality.

Settings > Facilities Booking > Meeting Monitor Preferences

The link will open the Meeting Monitor Preferences window.

Field Name	Description
Default Check In Status	From the drop down select the Booking Item Status.
Default Check Out Status	From the drop down select the Booking Item Status.

Complete the fields and click Save and Close .
