Agora Controllers define integration connection points between Evolution and other MRI systems through the Agora Event Hub infrastructure, enabling secure bi-directional data exchange. Each controller specifies a unique combination of Product (the MRI system), Client Id (your organization), Tenant (specific database), and Environment (Production, Test) to route data accurately between systems. MRI staff configure controllers during integration set-up to enable automated workflows such as importing tenant data from Property Tree into Evolution or synchronizing work orders between systems. Once configured, the controller manages secure file transfers, data validation, and audit trails without requiring manual intervention. Do not create, edit, or import data via Agora Controller records without guidance from MRI staff—unauthorized changes may break existing integrations and disrupt critical business processes. This infrastructure ensures data consistency across your MRI software portfolio while maintaining system-specific functionality.
