Agora Events

Available from 6.0.1.0

Agora Events provide an audit trail and configuration interface for data exchange between MRI Evolution and other MRI systems via the Agora Event Hub integration platform. The Events grid displays message traffic (for example, Producer Events showing data sent from Evolution, Consumer Events showing data received into Evolution) with Query filters to view specific integration types (for example, Purchase Order Integration Actions, OSCRE Real Estate Data Sync Events). Each Event record captures details of a specific data exchange transaction—what data was sent or received, when it occurred, whether it succeeded or failed—enabling administrators to monitor integration health, diagnose synchronization issues, and verify data flow between systems. For example, when Evolution sends a Purchase Order to an external accounting system, an Agora Event records the transmission details, payload content, and response status. Do not create, edit, or delete Agora Event records without MRI guidance—incorrect modifications can break active integrations and disrupt data synchronization between critical business systems. The Agora Events functionality is primarily used by MRI support teams during integration set-up, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities.

It is very important that users do not create, edit or delete Agora Event records without guidance from MRI staff. An existing Event Hub integration will be endangered by users making changes without the required information.

This page has been deliberately left without much information due to the nature of the functionality and the risks of users making breaking changes to an Event Hub integration.
