PMS Level Of Completion

PMS Levels of Completion (LoCs) are used to record the financial progress of a task for payment calculations in the PayMech module. Unlike standard Task LoCs, PMS LoCs are applied specifically for financial purposes and can affect how payments are calculated. Use this page to manage the list of PMS Levels of Completion and ensure they align with your organization's payment and workflow requirements.

Settings > Payment Mechanisms > PMS Level Of Completion

The link will open the PMS Level of Completion grid. It is a grid view which can be searched, sorted and customised as normal.

To add a new PMS Level of Completion click New , to edit an existing PMS Level of Completion click Edit . A pop up window will appear which will allow the creation or amendment of a PMS Level of Completion.

Field Name	Description
Code	The code for the PMS Level of Completion.
Name	The name of the PMS Level of Completion.
Create Task Event	Check the box to create an Event against the Task.
Display Event Screen	Check the box to create a pop-up window to allow the User to add comments to the Event (Must be ticked if create Task Event is ticked).

Complete the fields and click Save and Close .

PayMech Module results are calculated using Workflow. Unless the calculation workflows are amended, changing settings in MRI Evolution may have no effect on PayMech outputs and results .
