Payment Mechanism Preferences

Payment Mechanism Preferences provides comprehensive customization capabilities for financial workflow management, enabling organizations to tailor payment processing interfaces to meet specific operational requirements. The Payment Mechanism Preferences strategically allow up to four User-defined fields to be made visible and accessible on the Helpdesk interface, providing enhanced flexibility for capturing organization-specific payment information and supporting customized financial data collection processes.

Settings > Payment Mechanisms > PMS Preferences

The link will open a pop up window which will allow the amendment of a PMS Preferences.

Check the boxes for the preferences to be made visible on the Helpdesk.

The labels for the User Defined fields can be altered to meet PMS requirements in Settings > System Administration > Translation Strings.

Complete the fields and click Save and Close .

PayMech Module results are calculated using Workflow. Unless the calculation workflows are amended, changing settings in MRI Evolution may have no effect on PayMech outputs and results .
