PMS Unavailability

Available from 4.4.1.0

PMS Unavailability codes flag facilities or resources as out of service for Payment Mechanism calculations, such as Planned Maintenance, Emergency Outages, or Environmental Restrictions. Apply codes to Tasks to track service disruptions and adjust payments based on actual service delivery.

Settings > Payment Mechanisms > PMS Unavailability

The link will open the PMS Unavailability grid. It is a grid view which can be searched, sorted and customised as normal.

To add a new PMS Unavailability click New , to edit an existing PMS Unavailability click Edit . A pop up window will appear which will allow the creation or amendment of a PMS Unavailability.

Field Name	Description
Code	The code for the PMS Unavailability.
Description	The description of the PMS Unavailability.

Complete the fields and click Save and Close .

PayMech Module results are calculated using Workflow. Unless the calculation workflows are amended, changing settings in MRI Evolution may have no effect on PayMech outputs and results .
