Project Types
Functional classifications for project categorization (e.g., Capital Improvements, Tenant Fit-Outs, Routine Maintenance, Energy Upgrades, Compliance Projects). Assign types to group similar initiatives, apply budget templates, enforce approval workflows, and generate portfolio-level analytics.
Configure type-specific business rules to automate resource allocation, define mandatory documentation, and enable standardized reporting across project portfolios.
Settings > Projects > Project Types
The link will open the Project Types grid. It is a grid view which can be searched, sorted and customised as normal.
To add a new Project Type click New 
, to edit an existing Project Type click Edit 
. A pop up window will appear which will allow the creation or amendment of a Project Type.

Complete the fields and click Save and Close
