Building Status

Building Status categorizes Building lifecycle state, such as Active, Suspended (under repair), or History (no longer in use). Assign statuses to filter Buildings by operational state and move unused Buildings to historical records.

The Purchase Key licence dependency for this specific element of the system has been removed and is now included as standard in the core MRI Evolution product the feature has been turned on for all systems by default.
Note: Other restrictions, such as User licence type restrictions and / or any restrictions to underlying functionality that is dependent upon Purchase Key licences will remain in place.
Settings > Property & Estates > Building Status
The link will open the Building Status grid. It is a grid view which can be searched, sorted and customised as normal.
To add a new Building Status click New
, to edit an existing Building Status click Edit
. A pop up window will appear which will allow the creation or amendment of a Building Status.

Complete the fields and click Save and Close

Buildings can only be transitioned to and from certain States:
Active → Suspended
Suspended → History
History → Suspended
Suspended → Active
For the change of Building Status to be shown in Events, Events must be activated against the FLOCATE table.
