Utility Types
Utility Types classify the different utilities your organization tracks—such as Electricity, Gas, Water, Telecommunications, or Waste Management. Create a type for each utility service you need to monitor across your property portfolio.
After defining a utility type, assign measurement units to it (such as kWh for electricity or cubic meters for water) to support accurate consumption tracking, billing, and environmental reporting.
