Quote Approval Reasons
Explanatory codes for approving Requested Quotes (e.g., Competitive Pricing, Preferred Vendor, Emergency Work, Quality Reputation). Assign reasons to document approval decisions, generate audit trails, and analyse vendor selection patterns for procurement oversight.
Settings > Quotes > Quote Approval Reasons
The link will open the Quote Approval Reasons grid. It is a grid view which can be searched, sorted and customised as normal.
To add a new Quote Approval Reason click New 
, to edit an existing Quote Approval Reason click Edit 
. A pop up window will appear which will allow the creation or amendment of a Quote Approval Reason.
