Quote Referral Reasons

Explanatory codes for routing Requested Quotes to other users (e.g., Technical Review Required, Budget Approval Needed, Compliance Verification). Assign reasons to ensure expert involvement, maintain approval hierarchies, document decision-making processes, and track procurement workflow patterns.

Settings > Quotes > Quote Referral Reasons

The link will open the Quote Referral Reasons grid. It is a grid view which can be searched, sorted and customised as normal.

To add a new Quote Referral Reason click New , to edit an existing Quote Referral Reason click Edit . A pop up window will appear which will allow the creation or amendment of a Quote Referral Reason.

Complete the fields and click Save and Close .
