Quote Return Reasons
Explanatory codes for returning Requested Quotes to originators (e.g., Incorrect Specifications, Missing Details, Budget Clarification Needed). Assign reasons to document return decisions, track quote quality issues, and improve request accuracy.
Settings > Quotes > Quote Return Reasons
The link will open the Quote Return Reasons grid. It is a grid view which can be searched, sorted and customised as normal.
To add a new Quote Return Reason click New 
, to edit an existing Quote Return Reason click Edit 
. A pop up window will appear which will allow the creation or amendment of a Quote Return Reason.
