Resource Planner Preferences

Default scheduling values for Resource Planner when rotas or task-specific durations are missing. Configure Default Estimated Time for tasks and Default Working Hours per day to establish baseline capacity for scheduling calculations and utilization estimates.

The Purchase Key licence dependency for this specific element of the system has been removed and is now included as standard in the core MRI Evolution product the feature has been turned on for all systems by default.

Note: Other restrictions, such as User licence type restrictions and / or any restrictions to underlying functionality that is dependent upon Purchase Key licences will remain in place.

Settings > Resource Planner > Resource Planner Preferences

The link will open the Resource Planner Preferences window.

Field Name	Description
Default Estimated Time	Enter the default Estimated Time for a Task - if the Task has Estimated Time set against the Instruction Set this will override the preference set here.
Default working Hours	Enter the default working hours for each day - if Rotas have been set up, they will override the preference set here.

Complete the fields and click Save and Close .
