Non-Task Time Types

Available from 6.5.0.0

Categories for working time not directly related to tasks (e.g., Breaks, Vehicle Servicing, Medical Appointments). Assign types to Non-Task Time records for complete resource utilization tracking, accurate operational reporting, and workforce management analysis.

Settings > Resources

The link will open the Non-Task Time Types Grid. It is a grid view which can be searched, sorted and customised as normal.

To add a new Non-Task Time Type click New , to edit an existing Non-Task Time Type click Edit . A pop up window will appear which will allow the creation or amendment of a Non-Task Time Type.

Field Name	Description
Name	Enter a unique mandatory name for the Non-Task Time Type.
Description	Optionally enter an appropriate description for the Non-Task Time Type.
Code	Optionally enter a code value for the Non-Task Time Type. This may be used for reporting, grouping, filtering grids and so on.
Default Length	Enter a time value in hours and minutes that will be used as the default period of time for the Non-Task Time Type.

Complete the fields and click Save and Close .
