Calendar Sessions
The Calendar Sessions feature in MRI Evolution enables organizations to define and manage time periods for SLA calculations, such as working hours or complex schedules like school terms. By grouping hours into Calendar Sessions, users can ensure that SLAs are measured accurately and reflect real-world operating conditions.
Administrators can maintain the list of Calendar Sessions here, supporting precise SLA tracking and reporting.
Settings > SLA Settings > Calendar Sessions or
Settings > Appointments & Visits > Calendar Sessions
The link will open the Calendar Sessions grid. It is a grid view which can be searched, sorted and customised as normal.
To add a new Calendar Session click New
, to edit an existing Calendar Session click Edit
. A pop up window will appear which will allow the creation or amendment of a Calendar Session.
Click to view - Calendar Sessions Fields and Descriptions
Complete the fields and click Save and Close
