SLA Preferences

SLA Settings let you change the SLA Target when using Sessions. Set response times globally to the end of the current or next Session, or at the beginning of the next Session.

Manage the list of SLA Preferences here.

Settings > Service Level Agreements > SLA Preferences

From the drop down select the SLA Preference:

  • Due At End Of Session And Include Current Session - The SLA will be due at end of current Session
  • Due At End Of Session And Exclude Current Session -The SLA will be due at end of next Session
  • Due At Start Of Next Session -The SLA will be due at start of next Session
