Stores
The Stores module allows management of an organisation’s Stock. Records can be kept of any Stock that is purchased and subsequently used.
The Stores module can be integrated with the Order module so Stock can be ordered and received as required.
Stock can be issued and returned, Stock-takes can be produced and the results can be recorded, and manual adjustments can be made to ensure that Stock levels are accurate.

Stock Groups | Stock Groups let you organize related Stock Parts together (for example, cement, sand, and gravel in a group called Building Materials). This makes it easier to find, issue, return, and manage stock items during stock takes or adjustments in Evolution. |

Stock Classes | Stock Classes allow Stock Groups to be sub-divided e.g. a Stock Group of Electrical could be divided into classes of Sockets & switches and Cabling. |

Stock Charges | Stock Charges are categories for additional charges that can be applied to a Purchase Order. For example, options for delivery charges, carriage charges and minimum order charges may be set up and applied as required. These charges can then be added if the item is ordered through the PO module. |
