System Printers

System Printers allows administrators to register and manage network printers for print redirection functionality. This configuration interface provides centralized printer registry management with printer codes, names, UNC paths, and administrative notes to support distributed printing capabilities across the organization.

Settings > System Administration > Printing > System Printers

The link will open the System Printer grid. It is a grid view which can be searched, sorted and customised as normal.

To add a new System Printer click New , to edit an existing System Printer click Edit . A pop up window will appear which will allow the creation or amendment of a System Printer.

Field Name	Description
Printer Code	The code of the System Printer.
Printer Name	The name of the System Printer.
Printer UNC Path	The UNC or IP address of the System Printer.
Notes	Free text notes relating to the System Printer

Complete the fields and click Save and Close .
