Caller Source
Classifications recording how Reporters contacted the Helpdesk. Applied when logging Tasks to track request channels.
Supports reporting by contact method for service analysis and staffing decisions.
Settings > Tasks > Caller Sources
The link will open the Caller Source Grid. It is a grid view which can be searched, sorted and customised as normal.
To add a new Caller Source click New
, to edit an existing Caller Source click Edit
. A pop up window will appear which will allow the creation or amendment of a Caller Source.

Complete the fields and click Save and Close
