Fault Codes
Classifications recording root causes of faults. Applied on Tasks to identify why maintenance was needed.
Enables trend analysis, preventive maintenance planning, and cost allocation based on failure patterns.
Settings > Tasks > Fault Codes
The link will open the Fault Code grid. It is a grid view which can be searched, sorted and customised as normal.
To add a new Fault Code click New 
, to edit an existing Fault Code click Edit 
. A pop up window will appear which will allow the creation or amendment of a Fault Code.

Complete the fields and click Save and Close
