Time Record Resolutions
Classifications describing actions taken to resolve Tasks. Applied when recording Time Records to document resolution methods.
Enables analysis of repair effectiveness, recurring problem patterns, and root cause identification for preventive maintenance planning.
Settings > Tasks > Time Record Resolution
The link will open the Time Record Resolution grid. It is a grid view which can be searched, sorted and customised as normal.
To add a new Time Record Resolution click New 
, to edit an existing Time Record Resolution click Edit 
. A pop up window will appear which will allow the creation or amendment of a Time Record Resolution.

Complete the fields and click Save and Close
