Integrated Services User Preferences
A User can set up preferences to enable their Integrated Services functions to behave according to requirements.
The User Integrated Services Preferences are maintained here.

The Quick Entry Tab

The Quick Entry Helpdesk allows Users to quickly enter Tasks without the need of the Helpdesk window. Some Users prefer to tab through the Helpdesk window and these options allow configuration of the quick entry tab order.
Use Move Up 
and Move Down 
to change the tab order
Complete the fields and click Save and Close
