Widget - @yourService Embedded Widget
Available from 6.2.0.0
Dreamscape @yourService integration widget embedding external service request functionality within Evolution interface. Requires @yourService Embedded Service Request Widget purchase key and @yourService Work Order Diagnosis user license with linked Contact account.
Configurable URL and Token integration parameters enable authenticated access to @yourService features directly from Evolution dashboards.
Settings > Widgets & Home Pages > Widgets
The link will open the Widgets grid. It is a grid view which can be searched, sorted and customised as normal.
To add a new Widget click New 
, to edit an existing Widget click Edit 
. A pop up window will appear which will allow the creation or amendment of a Widget.
Select the Widget template : @yourService Embedded Widget.
Complete all relevant fields and values then click Save 
.
