Widget - Facilities Booking

Facility reservation widget for room and resource booking with customizable field configurations, advance booking limits, default attendee counts, and location type filtering. Multiple widgets support role-specific booking requirements and organizational policies.

Settings > Widgets & Home Pages > Widgets > Widget - Facilities Booking

The link will open the Widgets grid. It is a grid view which can be searched, sorted and customised as normal.

To add a new Widget click New , to edit an existing Widget click Edit . A pop up window will appear which will allow the creation or amendment of a Widget.

Select the Widget template : Facilities Booking Form. Complete the fields and click Save . Click Configure Widget .

Field Name	Description
Report	From the drop down select the report to print if the User selects Save and Print.
Please set the number of days in advance that you allows users to book. 0 indicates there is no advanced booking limit.	Enter the number of days that a Evolution Reach User can book in advance.
Please set the default number of Attendees. This value will be used if the Number of Attendees optional field is not visible.	Set the default number of Attendees for a booking.
Allow Free Text Typing	Allow free text typing for Contact Details.
Please select the sections you want to be visible within the Facilities Booking Widget.	Check the boxes for the Facilities Booking sections to be made visible within the Widget.
Which Room Facilities would you like to appear?	Check the boxes for the Facilities Booking facilities to be made visible within the Widget.
Please select the fields of the "Room Details" section that you want to be mandatory.	Check the boxes for the room details to be made mandatory within the Widget.
Please select which optional fields should be visible.	Check the boxes for the optional Facilities Booking sections to be made visible within the Widget.
Select the "Location Types" you want to be bookable within the Facilities Booking Widget.	Check the boxes for the Location Types to be made visible within the Widget.

Complete the fields and click Save and Close .
