Helpdesk - Notes
The Helpdesk Notes functionality provides comprehensive task documentation capabilities through flexible note-taking interfaces available in multiple locations within the helpdesk system. This integrated documentation platform enables detailed task tracking, progress reporting, and communication management by allowing users to add free-format notes pertinent to tasks through both the Notes tab and dedicated Notes sub-menu, with all entries stored centrally for unified task documentation and historical reference across the complete task life-cycle.
Task Management > Helpdesk > Helpdesk - Notes
The link will open Helpdesk Notes. To add notes enter the text in the Note field
Complete the field and click Save and Close
