Integrated Care Services

The Integrated Services feature in MRI Evolution provides a unified interface for managing tasks and resources across multiple service lines. This integration enables real-time assignment, monitoring, and optimization of resources, supporting efficient service delivery and operational coordination.

Workflow: Users can view all current tasks and available resources in a single grid, assign tasks via drag-and-drop, and monitor progress. The system supports advanced features such as pausing, restarting, and cancelling tasks, as well as tracking resource status and workload. Integration with user preferences and reporting modules ensures a tailored and auditable workflow.

Example: A service desk coordinator uses the Integrated Services grid to assign urgent maintenance tasks to available engineers, monitor their status, and reallocate resources as priorities change. This streamlines service management and improves response times within Evolution.
