PPM Planner Report

Use the PPM Planner Report to review, manage, and share planned preventive maintenance schedules, including resource allocation and booking details in MRI Evolution.

The report now supports PPMs with a Daily frequency:

  • Daily PPMs are marked with a icon.

  • Hours Required and % Resource Committed calculations are updated for Daily PPMs:

    • Hours Required is based on Estimated Time multiplied by the number of Tasks generated in the week.

    • % Resource Committed uses the adjusted Estimated Time for Daily PPMs.

Task Management > PPMs > PPM Planner Report

The link will open the PPM Planner Report parameter window which will allow the creation of the PPM Planner Report.

Fill out the required parameters, Click Print PPM Plan .
