Asbestos Identification Levels

Asbestos Identification Levels classify asbestos materials by risk level to trigger appropriate safety measures.
Define identification level codes and descriptions, and configure whether each level automatically creates hazards or displays warnings in job cards when assigned to materials in the Asbestos Register.
Settings > Asbestos > Survey Information
The link will open the Asbestos Identification Levels grid. It is a grid view which can be searched, sorted and customised as normal.
To add a new Asbestos Identification Level click New 
, to edit an existing Asset Name click Edit 
. A pop up window will appear which will allow the creation or amendment of an Asbestos Identification Level.

A free format field to provide a description of the Asbestos Identification Level. |
| Create Hazard / Alert |
Check-box allowing users to automatically create a Hazard against the defined Location of an Asbestos Containing Material record within the Asbestos Register, when the current Identification Level is selected against the Asbestos Containing Material record. As per standard functionality of MRI Evolution, the Hazard created would be copied over to any Tasks that are raised in the Location. |
| Show as Warning in Job Cards |
Check-box allowing users to automatically display a warning, in addition to Hazards, in any Job Cards related to Tasks raised in the defined Location of an Asbestos Containing Material record within the Asbestos Register, when the current Identification Level is selected against the Asbestos Containing Material record. Example of a Job Card warning alert section for the Asbestos Containing Materials:
