Contact Classes
Define contact role classifications within MRI Evolution contact management system. Contact Classes enable categorization of personnel by function such as Site Managers or Contract Managers, providing organizational structure for filtering, reporting, and contact assignment across operational workflows.
Settings > Contacts > Contact Class Types
The link will open the Contact Class grid. It is a grid view which can be searched, sorted and customised as normal.
To add a new Contact Class click New 
, to edit an existing Contacts Class click Edit 
. A pop up window will appear which will allow the creation or amendment of a Contact Class.

Complete the fields and click Save and Close

Useful Contacts can be assigned to the Contact Class.

To assign Contacts click Assign
