Booking Types
Booking Types categorize Facilities Bookings such as General Meeting, Training Session, or Conference.
Define type codes and descriptions that can be assigned to Facilities Bookings to support filtering, reporting, and analysis of room usage patterns.
Settings > Facilities Booking > Booking Types
The link will open the Booking Types grid. It is a grid view which can be searched, sorted and customised as normal.
To add a new Booking Type click New
, to edit an existing Booking Type click Edit
. A pop up window will appear which will allow the creation or amendment of a Booking Type.
Click to view - Booking Types Fields and Descriptions
Complete the fields and click Save and Close
