Rebuild Costs
Rebuild Costs recalculates budget totals for Cost Centres after mass data updates or imports. Use this utility when Cost Centre budget figures need to be synchronized after database-level changes.
Settings > Finance > Rebuild Costs
The link will open the Rebuild Costs / Cost Centre grid. It is a grid view which can be searched, sorted and customised as normal.
To Recalculate the Cost Information highlight the Cost Centre and click Rebuild Costs for selected Cost Centres and Year 
.
To edit an existing Cost Centre click Edit 
. A pop up window will appear which will allow the creation or amendment of a Cost Centre.
Budget Information can be updated in the Cost information sub navigation. See Cost Centres for more information.
