Delivery Set Up

Receiving locations for Purchase Requisitions and Orders. Define Delivery Points either by marking Buildings as delivery addresses or by creating custom points in Delivery Setup to control where purchased items are shipped.

Settings > Purchase Orders > Delivery Setup

The link will open the Delivery Address grid. It is a grid view which can be searched, sorted and customised as normal.

To add a new Delivery Address click New , to edit an existing Delivery Address click Edit . A pop up window will appear which will allow the creation or amendment of a Delivery Address.

Field Name	Description
Delivery Point	Enter the part of the Building where deliveries will be excepted.
Building	From the drop down select the Building - for more information see Building Register. Available from 7.0.0.0 It is possible to display the relevant parent/child relationship data in this auto-complete by enabling the Enable Hierarchical Auto-Completes option in the General Preferences page.
Address	Enter the address for the delivery point.
Postcode	The postcode of the Delivery point. Available from 4.4.5
Country	From the drop down select the Country - for more information see Countries. Available from 4.4.5

Complete the fields and click Save and Close .
