Survey Preferences

System-wide survey configuration controlling guest access permissions, mandatory response requirements, and survey expiration time-lines.

Centralized settings ensuring consistent survey behaviour and security across the organization.

Field Name	Description
Account to use for Guest Responses	Select the Account that will be used to authenticate Guest Survey Responses. This account MUST have been assigned the Guest Survey Response Account Licence and should also have Permissions to create Surveys. The field label is a hyper-link to open the selected Account record directly.
Default Expiry Time for Guest Response Submission	Set a default expiry time, in hours, for the links that are sent out to people requesting Survey Responses. For example; If requests to complete a Survey are generated at 09:00 and the default expiry time is 8 hours, Survey Responses from external users will only be accepted up to 17:00.

Complete the fields and click Save and Close .
