View completed Work & Access Survey responses from the Survey Responses tab in Surveys sub-navigation pages (Sites, Buildings, Locations, Instruction Sets, Hazard/Alert Types, Permit Classes, Helpdesk).
Click View Response button to see answers; use State toolbar to change response status.
