Feedback Types

Classifications used within Instruction Set Steps to capture structured feedback from Resources executing work. Must be configured before creating Instruction Set Steps.

Enables quality control, compliance verification, and standardized data collection during task execution. See Instruction Sets for implementation.

Settings > Tasks > Feedback Types

The link will open the Feedback Types grid. It is a grid view which can be searched, sorted and customised as normal.

To add a new Feedback Type click New , to edit an existing Feedback Type click Edit . A pop up window will appear which will allow the creation or amendment of a Feedback Type.

Field Name	Description
Type of Feedback	The descriptive name for this feedback question type used in customer satisfaction surveys, quality audits, post-job evaluations, and service assessment forms (e.g., "Service Quality Rating", "Response Time Satisfaction", "Cleanliness Score", "Engineer Professionalism", "Repeat Visit Likelihood"). Feedback Types enable structured collection of performance data from clients, building occupants, or service users after task completion or site visits. Each type defines the question format (numeric scale, yes/no, free text) and can be configured for automatic dispatch via email surveys or mobile device data capture. Essential for measuring customer satisfaction, tracking service quality trends, identifying improvement opportunities, and demonstrating contract KPI achievement. Feedback responses aggregate into performance reports and dashboards showing satisfaction trends over time.
Response Type	From the drop down select the Type of Feedback from: Numeric: a numeric answer . Yes / No: a yes or no answer. Text: a free text answer. Date: a date answer. Date / Time: a date time answer. Answer Set: allows the creation of a pick list, the list can be created by clicking Add Answer.

Complete the fields and click Save and Close .
