PPM Status

Available from 4.5.0.0

Lifecycle states for PPM records. Applied to control which PPMs appear in operational lists and to move obsolete maintenance schedules to history.

Default statuses provided; additional statuses can be configured for workflow management and reporting needs.

Settings > Tasks > PPM Status

The link will open the PPM Status grid. It is a grid view which can be searched, sorted and customised as normal.

To add a new PPM Status click New , to edit an existing PPM Status click Edit . A pop up window will appear which will allow the creation or amendment of a PPM Status.

Field Name	Description
Name	The name of the PPM Status.
Description	The description of the PPM Status.
PPM State	From the drop down select the PPM State: Active - the PPM is active and running. Suspended - the PPM is temporarily not required and will show suspended in the PPM Planner. History - the PPM is no longer required and will not be viewable in the PPM Planner.
Default	Check the box if this is to be the default state of a PPM on creation.

Complete the fields and click Save and Close .
