Widget - Document Grid

Documents Widget provides users with access to relevant documents based on assigned queries, supporting efficient information management.

Business Value: Enhances document security, improves productivity, and ensures users see only the documents they need for their work.

Action: Administrators assign queries to control document visibility, helping teams collaborate and comply with policies.

Settings > Widgets & Home Pages > Widgets > Widget - Document Grid

The link will open the Widgets grid. It is a grid view which can be searched, sorted and customised as normal.

To add a new Widget click New , to edit an existing Widget click Edit . A pop up window will appear which will allow the creation or amendment of a Widget.

Select the Widget template : Documents Grid. Complete the fields and click Save . Click Configure Widget .

Grid Queries must be assigned to the Document Widget . To assign Queries click Assign , entities in the right hand assignment window are connected.
