Widget - Visitor Booking Grid

Settings > Widgets & Home Pages > Widgets > Widget - Visitor Booking Grid

The link will open the Widgets grid. It is a grid view which can be searched, sorted and customised as normal.

To add a new Widget click New , to edit an existing Widget click Edit . A pop up window will appear which will allow the creation or amendment of a Widget.

Select the Widget template : Visitor Booking Grid. Complete the fields and click Save . Click Configure Widget .

Field Name	Description
Reservation Widget	From the drop down select the Visitor Booking widget to use if a new Visitor Booking is raised from the grid.
In Evolution Reach	From the drop down select: (when a Visitor Booking is opened from the Visitor Booking grid choose what feature is used to open the Visitor Booking) Widget Standalone Widget
In MRI Evolution	From the drop down select: (when a Visitor Booking is opened from the Visitor Booking grid choose what feature is used to open the Visitor Booking) Widget - open the Visitor Booking using a Widget Standalone Widget - open the Visitor Booking using a standalone Widget
In Evolution Connect	From the drop down select: (when a Visitor Booking is opened from the Visitor Booking grid choose what feature is used to open the Visitor Booking) Widget Standalone Widget
Report	From the drop down select the report to print a Visitor Booking with.
Grid Queries	The grid queries assigned to the Widget.

Queries must be assigned to the Visitor Booking Grid Widget . To assign Queries click Assign , entities in the right hand assignment window are connected.

Complete the fields and click Save and Close .
