Viewing Attributes
Available from 4.4.0.0
Viewing Attributes provides centralized access to view and edit custom data fields across multiple entity types (for example, Assets, Tasks, Contacts, Purchase Orders) from a single grid interface, streamlining attribute management and reducing data entry time. After creating custom attributes in the Attribute Library and enabling "Store Attributes" for an entity in the Table Register, use the Viewing Attributes grid to populate values across many records simultaneously. For example, if you created a "Warranty Expiry Date" attribute for Assets, open Viewing Attributes, filter to Assets, and enter warranty dates for multiple boilers, chillers, and lifts in a single session rather than opening each asset individually. The grid offers powerful filtering (by entity type, attribute name, or value) and sorting capabilities to find and update specific information efficiently. This consolidated approach ensures data consistency, supports bulk updates (for example, updating all electrical assets with "Next PAT Test Due" dates), and provides a complete view of custom data patterns across your organization's Evolution implementation without navigating through multiple entity screens.
Available from 7.0.0.0
