Stores
The Stores module allows management of an organisation’s Stock. Records can be kept of any Stock that is purchased and subsequently used.
The Stores module can be integrated with the Order module so Stock can be ordered and received as required.
Stock can be issued and returned, Stock-takes can be produced and the results can be recorded, and manual adjustments can be made to ensure that Stock levels are accurate.

Stock Register | Each Item of Stock that is ordered for any Building can be recorded in the Stores Register. The Stores Register keeps track of the Locations of each Item and the quantity of that Item in that Location. It also keeps track of re-ordering information, such as the name of the manufacturer, the model type, bar code, quantity to be requested when an order is raised and the minimum level of Stock that can be reached before a new order is required. |

Stock Adjustments |
The Stock Adjustments feature in MRI Evolution provides tools for managing inventory changes, including manual adjustments, stock transfers, and price updates. This functionality supports accurate inventory tracking and ensures that stock records reflect real-world movements and valuations.
If the Purchase Order module is not used, stock must be manually adjusted upon delivery to maintain accurate records. |

Stock Issues / Returns |
Any Stock that is Issued can be recorded in the Stock Issues / Returns area of the Stores module. Any superfluous Stock can also be returned to the Stock Location from which it was Issued or, from version 6.0.1.0 onwards, to another Stock Location. Stock can be allocated to Tasks, Projects and Contracts. However, the Stock is not removed from the list of available Stock until it has been Issued. Any Stock that is Issued is automatically removed from the available Stock in the Stock register. |

Stock Takes | Stock Takes ensure that your physical inventory matches the records in your Evolution system. To perform a Stock Take, start by creating a new Stock Take entry, then add the stock items you wish to count. You can select items manually, assign them from existing lists, or use the Random Stock Wizard for automated selection. |
