Health and Safety Documents

Document classifications identifying safety requirements for Tasks. When attached to PPM Tasks, documents are included on printed job cards.

Ensures critical safety information accompanies work execution. See PPM Overview to create PPMs.

Settings > Tasks > Health and Safety Documents

The link will open the Health and Safety Documents grid. It is a grid view which can be searched, sorted and customised as normal.

To add a new Health and Safety Document click New , to edit an existing Health and Safety Document click Edit . A pop up window will appear which will allow the creation or amendment of a Health and Safety Document.

Field Name	Description
Title	The title of the Health and Safety Document.
Category	From the drop down select the Category of the Health and Safety Document - these link to Task Category to aid filtering when applying to a PPM. Available from 7.0.0.0 It is possible to display the relevant parent/child relationship data in this auto-complete by enabling the Enable Hierarchical Auto-Completes option in the General Preferences page.
Last Modified	Auto-populated with the date the Health and Safety Document is updated.
Text	Free text box for the Health and Safety Document text.

Complete the fields and click Save and Close .
