Timesheets

Time Record management grid for creating, editing, and tracking task-related time entries. Supports time record creation, task status updates (Complete, Sign Off to History), resource reassignment, and document/event/step question management through grid hyper-links and toolbar actions.

The Purchase Key licence dependency for this specific element of the system has been removed and is now included as standard in the core MRI Evolution product the feature has been turned on for all systems by default.

Note: Other restrictions, such as User licence type restrictions and / or any restrictions to underlying functionality that is dependent upon Purchase Key licences will remain in place.

Task Management > Timesheets > Timesheets

The link will open the Timesheets Grid. It is a grid view which can be searched, sorted and customised as normal.

Icon	Feature	Description
	Create New Time Record	Allows a new Time Record to be created - this must be connected back to the relevant Task. Note: This button will be hidden if the Disable Create New Time Record Button Timesheet preference is set to true.
	Open dialogue to edit existing entity	Opens the selected Time Record.
	Delete	Allows the selected Time Record(s) to be deleted.
	Refresh	Click to refresh the Time Records grid.
	Report	Prints the Job Card(s) for highlighted Tasks.
	Status button group
	Mark as Complete	Allows the parent Tasks of the selected Time Record(s) to be set to Complete status.
	Sign Off to History	Allows the parent Tasks of the selected Time Record(s) to be signed off to History status.
	Reassign Resource	Click to assign another Resource to the parent Task(s) of the selected Time Record(s). Clicking this button will not remove the currently assigned Resource and replace it with a new Resource.

Complete the fields and click Save .

Icon	Feature	Description
	View / Add Events	Left clicking on the icon will produce a pop up window showing Events, there is also a hyper-link within the pop up window to add Events.
	View / Add Documents	Left clicking on the icon will produce a pop up window showing attached Documents, there is also a hyper-link within the pop up window to add Documents.
	View / Answer Step Questions	Left clicking the icon will allow produce a pop up window showing answered Instruction Set Step Questions, there is also a hyper-link within the pop up window which will allow Step questions to be answered.
	View Time Record	Left clicking on the icon will produce a pop up window of the Time Record.
